In 2025, we stayed in the same space, but expanded from 30 feet along each wall, to 45.  We also pushed out from 15 feet to 18. This expanded our area by nearly 2/3, and made it possible to add features we had discussed, but never had room for before.   We added industrial sidings cars alongside buildings, and a whole industrial park with three sidings.  We were also able to expand the point-to-point track and make it much more interesting by routing it around rocks and trees.
